The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, on Thursday, is set to sign a cooperation protocol with the Jordanian Egyptian Fajr for Natural Gas Transmission and Supply Company to regulate the natural gas pricing for Jordanian industries.
The signing ceremony will be attended by Energy Minister Ibrahim Saif and his Egyptian counterpart Tariq al-Mulla.
In May, the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO) and Fajr company signed a memorandum of understanding to supply industries with natural gas via a floating storage in the port of Aqaba, which stores gas, transforms its from liquid to gas and pumps it to power stations in the Kingdom.
