Unique Show apartment opens at beachfront plot on East Crescent of The Palm Jumeirah
Dubai - Palma Holding, which operates across three main divisions - Real Estate Development, Sales & Leasing and Property Management, has concluded the vital construction phases of its exclusive Serenia Residences development. The new project is located on a unique beachfront plot on the crescent of The Palm Jumeirah next to the Anantara the Palm Dubai Resort. Palma has completed 100% of structural works in all three buildings, including a show apartment on Level 2, East Wing. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing works are already in full swing, reaching up to Level 4 across all towers.
